IGT Solutions is hiring French Bilingual Agents to join our growing team in Maadi. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are fluent in French and English and ready to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally in French and English
• Achieve service quality and performance KPIs
• Provide accurate information and effective resolution to customer inquiries

Qualifications

• French Level: B2 / C1
• English Level: B1+ / B2
• Education: Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome
• Gap year candidates are welcome
• Nationality: Egyptian only
• Work Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts
• Rotational days off

Required Skills

Fluency in French and English.

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer service is a plus.
