Job Overview

We are looking for fluent French speakers to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver world-class service for international clients. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chat support in French.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic customer assistance.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure proper resolution.
  • Update customer records and follow up on pending cases.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and other departments when needed.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and SLA requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (C1 level or native-like).
  • Good command of English is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
