Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site French Speaker role based at Callnovo Alexandria in Alexandria, Egypt. The role focuses on delivering professional customer service and technical support in French, with additional communication in English as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and chat requests, resolving customer inquiries, and documenting interactions accurately in the HeroDash CRM system.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written French and good command of English.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and basic office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, night and over night shifts
• Previous experience in contact centers or international customer support is an advantage.
