Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Customer Support Specialist (Chat & Call) based in Qesm 1st 6 October. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, providing technical support, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience in French. You will also be expected to meet performance metrics and maintain detailed records of interactions.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Support and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport
  • Experience with Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer concerns systematically
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English language
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st 6 October and adhere to a full-time schedule
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software is a plus
