Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Customer Support Specialist based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role involves attending to customer inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing customer interactions with professionalism, and resolving concerns effectively. The role requires collaboration across departments for issue escalation when necessary, fostering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and effective Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in providing Technical Support to ensure resolution of customer issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and address customer concerns
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
