We are looking for a detail-oriented French Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in One Kattameya.
- Location: Hybrid (One Kattameya, Cairo) – 2 days on-site per week.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as a QA specifically within the BPO industry.
- Language Skills: Native or Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
- Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (reporting/presentations).
- QA Expertise: Proven experience participating in and leading calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency.
