Role Description This is a full-time, on-site bilingual Speaker [French/English] role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The bilingual Speaker [French/English] Speaker will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in French and English, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information via phone, email, and chat. The role includes documenting each interaction accurately in the CRM system, following standard operating procedures, and escalating complex cases when needed. The French Speaker will collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to meet performance targets, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The position may involve working in rotational shifts to support clients in different time zones.

Qualifications

  • Strong language skills in French (C1 or above) and great command of English (B2)
  • Proven customer service or call center experience, with the ability to manage inquiries, complaints, and technical questions professionally.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software; familiarity with omnichannel tools (phone, email, chat) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, in a full-time role with possible rotational shifts, including evenings or weekends.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
  • Team-oriented attitude, openness to feedback, and willingness to participate in training and continuous learning.
