Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Egypt for a French-speaking Technical Support Representative. Responsibilities include assisting customers by providing technical support, effectively troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will handle inquiries, analyze customer needs, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • must be Egyptian located in Cairo
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Technical Support and hands-on experience with Troubleshooting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in French
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
