Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Able to lead a technical workshop with a customer (solution overview, requirements gathering, deployment, knowledge transfer).
- Able to deploy, support, and participate in workload migration for enterprise-level environments.
- Subject Matter Expert in core implementation. Understands and can contribute to low-level designs of different project complexity levels based on core technologies.
- Able to present solution designs and decisions to both technical and non-technical forums.
- Seen as an expert in troubleshooting and supporting core technologies.
- Able to elicit customer requirements; confirm and document design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Experience as a vendor, Service Provider, or Systems Integrator.
- Excellent documentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Multilingual Speaker: Advanced level of business acumen and strong proven technical communication in French
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and best practices to enhance the quality of implementations and maintain expertise in the platform.
- Continue certification and training: Meet and contribute to the continued success of the team and growth areas.
- Knowledge about VMware Products and Portfolio
- ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB best practices ( Good to have ).
- Agile / Scrum methodology ( Good to have ).

- Deep Knowledge for Network and Security platforms ( VMware NSX , Cisco , Fortinet, PaloAlto ..etc )
- VCP-NV Certification
- For MultiCloud
- VMware Certified Professional or Advanced Professional
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure
- Knowledge of System Administration, Ansible, Linux, networking, and security.
- Knowledge of Workload Migration Concepts.
- Knowledge of Containerization, open shift, Kubernetes
- Knowledge/experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of Storage or backup Solutions

- Cloud Infrastructure ( VMware Cloud Foundation).
- VMware Aria Suite.
- Storage Solutions including VSAN
