Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Support Service Specialist (B2) based in Giza. The role involves providing high-quality customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating effectively in French, handling customer concerns professionally, and leveraging analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems. The specialist will also collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with fluency in both French (B2 level or higher) and English
  • Proven experience in Technical Support and ability to assist with product or service-related technical issues
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills and aptitude for problem-solving
  • Strong Supervisory and teamwork skills to support team goals and improve performance collectively
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in customer experience management or BPO is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant customer support tools and technology is a benefit
