Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a French Team Leader based in Qesm El Maadi. The French Team Leader will oversee and manage a team to ensure operational goals and performance metrics are achieved. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, ensuring operational compliance, and evaluating team members progress. The role also requires fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, and providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in French (C1) and English communication, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of customer service strategies, operational compliance, and reporting tools
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to drive performance improvements
• Prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software and systems utilized in a BPO or customer service environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in working in an on-site setting in a multicultural environment is a plus
