Role Description

Assist clients at the airport with arrival and departure procedures in a professional and courteous manner.

Coordinate with drivers, tour guides, and other tour leaders handling the same file.

Review flight details and itineraries through the movement sheet and brief clients on their Cairo tour program.

Ensure smooth hotel check-in and handle any issues such as overbooking.

Communicate continuously with the direct manager regarding any operational issues.

Handle operational tools (vehicles, routers, tickets, vouchers) and ensure readiness before client use.

Follow up with clients after check-in to ensure room quality, luggage delivery, and breakfast boxes for early departures.

Execute all assigned operations promptly upon receiving the movement sheet.

Perform any additional tasks required by the Operations Department.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Tour Leader / Group Escort in a tourism company.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle clients professionally under pressure.

Good command of English (French is a plus).

Flexibility and readiness to work according to operational schedules.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing group tours
  • Experience in travel coordination and itinerary management
  • Knowledge of Egyptian culture, history, and tourist attractions
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage unexpected challenges during tours
  • Passion for travel and cultural exchange
