Job Description

Our team of travel experts has years of experience in planning and executing travel itineraries for clients all over the world.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients at the airport during arrival and departure procedures, ensuring professional and courteous service at all times. Report any issues immediately to the direct manager.

Inspect the assigned vehicle at the airport or hotel (company car or external rental) and report any observations or issues to the direct manager.

Ensure proper coordination between tour escorts when handling the same file, and coordinate with drivers and tour guides at least one day in advance.

Ensure that all escorts and drivers keep their mobile phones on silent mode while accompanying clients, and avoid answering calls unless in urgent cases and after informing the direct manager, to maintain client comfort.

Review flight details and tour programs from the movement sheet before clients arrival or departure, and clearly brief clients on their Cairo itinerary.

Do not leave the vehicle upon hotel arrival until the check-in process is fully completed, to avoid issues such as hotel changes or overbooking.

Register tourist police notifications immediately after check-in, contact guests in their rooms to confirm room quality and luggage delivery, and ensure breakfast boxes are arranged for early departures.

Review all financial documents related to the file, including tickets, vouchers, cash advances, and credit cards, and ensure their validity and accuracy.

Ensure timely financial clearance with the accounting department to avoid delays in settlement procedures.

Check and test Wi-Fi routers before handing them over to clients, ensuring proper functionality.

Execute assigned operations promptly upon receiving the movement sheet.

Maintain continuous communication with the direct manager regarding any file-related updates or issues to ensure proper handling.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Department as required.
