Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at our office located in New Cairo. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing property listings, connecting clients with suitable properties, guiding clients through the entire property transaction process, and cultivating lasting relationships with clients. The agent will also conduct market research to stay informed on real estate trends and assist in negotiating property sales and rental agreements.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to support and guide clients effectively
• Strong sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
• Proficiency in local market trends and property regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
