Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Resale Real Estate Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and evaluating properties. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, assessing market trends, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate property listings.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience in Real Estate and familiarity with property market dynamics
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build relationships and close transactions effectively
• Expertise in Real Property evaluation and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in resale real estate or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
