Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Graduate - Jewellery Sales position located in Dubai. The role involves assisting customers with jewellery purchases, providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering product recommendations. You will also support the team in maintaining the showroom, presenting jewellery collections, and ensuring a premium shopping experience for customers. Training will be provided to enhance your knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry trends.
• Strong Customer Service skills to assist and engage with clients effectively.
• Willingness to learn Polishing techniques and handling fine jewellery with care.
• Capability to embrace Training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
