Job Requirements

As a Graduate at Majid Al Futtaim, you will join an up to 18-month program that includes on-the-job rotations across different business functions, alongside structured learning and development opportunities. You will have the chance to gain exposure to various areas of the business and work with experienced professionals across Majid Al Futtaim's companies. This comprehensive program is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in the organization, enabling you to develop key skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a broad understanding of the business.

Work Experience

  • Complete six-month generalist rotations across various business and support functions, followed by a twelve-month placement in a specific functional area to develop specialist knowledge.
  • Support day-to-day operations within assigned teams and departments.
  • Assist with project coordination, development initiatives, and preparation of presentations.
  • Participate in business projects, challenges, and problem-solving activities.
  • Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and hands-on experience across different areas of the organization.
  • Participate in all assigned learning and development programmes.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills and business knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and departments to support organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to teamwork and help maximize overall team performance.

Requirements

  • UAE National holding a Family Book.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Real Estate, or any related field relevant to the business area.
  • Recent graduate or final-year student.

Skills & Competencies

  • Previous internship or work experience is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
