Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and proprietary systems.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies; make necessary corrections.
- Maintain updated records of entered data.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Generate routine reports as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is a Must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is preferred.
- Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as scanners and printers.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management systems.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of English, communication & presentation skills.
