REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce accurate 2D drawings.
- Ability to take site measurements and prepare technical layouts.
- Familiarity with engineering software and technical tools used for design and analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate problems and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to utilize AI tools and software to support engineering analysis, problem solving, and process improvement.
- Designing the freezing process to ensure the product freezes quickly and uniformly while preserving quality.
- Layout & Plant Integration - Designing how the IQF system fits within a food processing plant.
- Cost Optimization & Engineering Value - Design that reduce cost and energy use.
- Preparing engineering documents and ensuring food safety compliance.
