Better Mix for Ready Mix Concrete is seeking a dedicated and FreshMaintenance Engineers to join our growing operations team in Cairo. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our equipment and production assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the mechanical performance and maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Lead, supervise, and organize maintenance technicians to ensure efficient task execution.
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of equipment faults.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with operations, stores, and purchasing to ensure spare parts availability.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports for all equipment.
- Review maintenance schedules during repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts inventory, and workshop resources.
- Follow up on purchase orders related to maintenance requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mecanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 0 1 year of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and catalogs.
