This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Real Estate Sales (Broker) position at our New Cairo location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, presenting detailed project information to potential clients, generating leads, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers. The role requires a proactive approach in understanding clients needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property regulations and practices
• Proficient in Real Estate market understanding and trends
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills to meet targets effectively
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Experience in the real estate field is advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools is a plus
