This is a full-time, on-site role for Fresh Sales Agents based in New Cairo. As a Sales Agent, you will proactively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. You will guide clients through the buying and selling journey, offering professional advice and facilitating decision-making. Additional responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service standards, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and industry knowledge.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and build relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Basic knowledge or experience in Insurance and real estate industry can be a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and actively participate in Training programs
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
