Role Description

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Fresh Sales position located on-site in New Cairo. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, providing detailed information about financial products and services, and fostering lasting customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging clients, identifying needs, presenting customized solutions, and achieving sales targets. Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and actively participating in ongoing sales training programs to enhance skills will also form key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries and concerns
  • Experience or ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and lead sales processes effectively
  • Capability in Training to acquire new qualifications, adapt to product updates, and refine sales techniques
  • Proactive approach, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in team environments
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector is an asset but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
