Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, and providing tailored customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining current knowledge of market trends, fostering client relationships, and negotiating deals to meet clients needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate practices and Real Property regulations
• Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to meet sales targets
• Outstanding Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in local real estate laws, contracts, and market trends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
