Job Description

· Manage the full order lifecycle from receipt to dispatch, ensuring that customer orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

· Provide support and updates to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.

· Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to schedule, track, and manage the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are aligned with customer demand and sales orders.

· Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery schedules.

· Oversee the handling of product returns, exchanges, and ensure proper documentation for restocking or refunds.

· Ensure all customer and order data is correctly entered into the CRM system and maintained for accurate reporting.

· Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, presentations, and customer proposals.

· Work closely with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure products are available for dispatch and to resolve any shipping or inventory issues.

· Quickly address any logistics or order-related issues, such as delays, stockouts, or shipment discrepancies, to minimize customer impact.

· Track and report on sales and logistics KPIs, including order accuracy, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

· Assist in forecasting demand and ensuring that inventory and logistics resources are prepared for peak demand periods.

· Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of sales and logistics operations and customer service.

· Ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant regulatory and company standards, including import/export requirements.

· Provide general administrative and operational support across the sales and logistics functions as required by the manager or team.

· Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.

· Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of 0 Lost Time Injuries and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance.

.Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

· 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, logistics, or supply chain coordination role.

Technical:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, or similar).

· Knowledge of logistics or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).

. Familiarity with shipping regulations and import/export documentation.
