Fresh Technical Support ( Web Hosting ) / Internship

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support (Hosting) Intern to join our team. The role is focused on learning and providing support in web hosting services, domain names, and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with basic hosting and domain name inquiries.

Support in troubleshooting common technical issues.

Learn and apply DNS records management.

Provide guidance regarding email services (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).

Gain knowledge in SSL Certificates installation and configuration.

Document and report technical issues to the senior support team.

Basic knowledge of domain names.

Basic understanding of different kinds of hosting (Shared, VPS, Cloud, etc.).

Basic knowledge of DNS and DNS records.

Preferred: Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Email services.

Preferred: Knowledge of SSL Certificates.

Good communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the web hosting industry
