Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresh Training Program role based in New Cairo. Over the course of 3 days, participants will receive structured training on real estate fundamentals, EgyProperty's services, and basic property listing and customer interaction processes. Day-to-day activities during the program may include attending training sessions, participating in practical exercises, shadowing team members, and learning how to use internal tools and systems. Participants will also be introduced to best practices in communication, client support, and ethical standards in real estate. The program is designed to help fresh graduates or early-career individuals build a foundation for potential future roles in the real estate field.

Qualifications

• Interest in real estate, property management, or related fields and willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Arabic, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with online platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo for the full 3-day training period and commit to full-time hours during the program.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ethical behavior in previous academic or work experiences.
• Fresh graduates or students in their final year of study in business, marketing, real estate, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
