Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresh Sales Representative located in Cairo. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing client interactions, closing sales, conducting follow-ups, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies. The role also involves training new team members and maintaining comprehensive sales records.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct and facilitate Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
