Summary-

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting a hotel or office. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Job Responsibility-

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Handle reservations and cancellations
  • Provide information about hotel/office facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and booking/reservation systems
  • Customer-oriented and able to handle difficult situations with patience
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
  • High school diploma; degree in Hospitality or relevant field is a plus
