We are seeking a proactive, presentable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our real estate development office. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, visitor management, and internal coordination with staff, contractors, and clients.
Job Description :
Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Create a positive first impression for the company's clients and partners.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and visually welcoming.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Inform relevant staff about guest arrivals and schedule meetings accordingly.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are clean, organized, and equipped.
Arrange refreshments or supplies for meetings when necessary.
Ensure that front desk materials (brochures, flyers) are up-to-date and available.
Handle general inquiries with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 Years proven experience as a receptionist.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in coordinating and supporting office events or meetings.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Customer Service and handling client queries
Courteous, professional appearance with a calm and welcoming demeanor.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Languages Required: English & Russian
