About The Role

Coworker is seeking a Front Desk & Marketing Executive to serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the space. This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Experience

  • Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and support
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the space
  • Support the onboarding process for new members and guests
  • Handle workspace and meeting room inquiries and follow up with potential customers

Operations & Booking Management

  • Manage meeting room and workspace bookings and maintain accurate booking records
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Track inquiries, leads, and pending bookings through organized reporting tools
  • Support the planning and execution of events, meetups, and community activities when required

Communication & Marketing Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, social media, and other customer inquiries
  • Assist with customer communication across multiple channels
  • Support the promotion of events, workshops, and community initiatives
  • Capture basic content during events and assist with community engagement activities
  • Escalate partnership opportunities or critical customer issues to the relevant stakeholders

Facility Management & Reporting

  • Monitor the overall presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of the space
  • Identify and report maintenance or operational issues related to internet, furniture, air conditioning, supplies, or customer experience
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessary
  • Prepare regular operational and maintenance reports

Community Engagement

  • Support the growth and engagement of the Coworker community
  • Encourage participation in events and ecosystem activities
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the member experience

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Interest in startups, coworking spaces, events, or community building is an advantage
