About The Role
Coworker is seeking a Front Desk & Marketing Executive to serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the space. This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and support
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the space
- Support the onboarding process for new members and guests
- Handle workspace and meeting room inquiries and follow up with potential customers
Operations & Booking Management
- Manage meeting room and workspace bookings and maintain accurate booking records
- Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
- Track inquiries, leads, and pending bookings through organized reporting tools
- Support the planning and execution of events, meetups, and community activities when required
Communication & Marketing Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, social media, and other customer inquiries
- Assist with customer communication across multiple channels
- Support the promotion of events, workshops, and community initiatives
- Capture basic content during events and assist with community engagement activities
- Escalate partnership opportunities or critical customer issues to the relevant stakeholders
Facility Management & Reporting
- Monitor the overall presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of the space
- Identify and report maintenance or operational issues related to internet, furniture, air conditioning, supplies, or customer experience
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessary
- Prepare regular operational and maintenance reports
Community Engagement
- Support the growth and engagement of the Coworker community
- Encourage participation in events and ecosystem activities
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the member experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Interest in startups, coworking spaces, events, or community building is an advantage
