Presentable, Well-groomed, and Energetic, professional with strong communication and organizational skills, and using experience, confidence in front office management to coordinate smooth operations of company and provide good impression about the company to the visitors/callers. Gain knowledge about the company and operation to handle inquires in an assertive and effective manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To receive all visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- To handle Switchboard professionally and efficiently
- Receiving and directing external and internal calls.
- Handling international calls since all international calls are routed through the reception.
- Maintain database of contacts.
- Sending and receiving faxes.
- Sending and receiving of couriers and updating the system regularly.
- Providing support to the administration team as and when required.
- Distributing Faxes & the daily post.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 – 5 years experience
- Degree / Diploma in Administration
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation (Well-groomed and energetic)
- Customer Service Orientation
