Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Scope:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist /Admin Assistant in Sheraton office. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for reception duties, office management and general admin tasks.

Reception:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
  • Handle phone and reply to mail in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners.
  • Handle Courier service.

Administration Management:

  • Handle office supplies & stationery.
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, data entry, file management.
  • Manage office assets.

Office Management:

  • Manage meeting rooms reservation.
  • Monitor Office cleaning and maintenance.
  • Supervise the security service.
  • Ensure office environment is organized and safe.

Qualifications Skills

  • very good in Arabic and English language is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is must .
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 2-5 years in Receptionist
