Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, and courier).
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document control.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle visitor logs and maintain records as required.
  • Support HR or Admin team with onboarding arrangements when needed.

Customer Service:

  • Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding the company.
  • Handle inquiries and direct them appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Presentable with strong communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
