Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, and courier).
- Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document control.
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle visitor logs and maintain records as required.
- Support HR or Admin team with onboarding arrangements when needed.
Customer Service:
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding the company.
- Handle inquiries and direct them appropriately in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Presentable with strong communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
