About the Role:
Link Expert, a leading company specializing in facility management and smart operations across the Kingdom, is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, documents).
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office logistics.
Assist various departments when required to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
This position complies with local hiring regulations and national workforce requirements in KSA.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written).
12 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (more experience is welcome).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Immediate availability is required.
