About Us:
Oasis Land Real Estate is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, known for its dynamic team and commitment to excellence. We are currently expanding and looking for a Receptionist cum Marketer to be the welcoming face of our office and play a key role in client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties including welcoming visitors and managing calls.
- Creating marketing videos for the company (property tours, social content, etc.)
- Leading the hiring process for new real estate agents
- Earning commissions on each successful agent you help bring onboard
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area.
- Manage meeting schedules and assist in basic office coordination.
