Role Description

This full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role is based in Riyadh. The Front Desk Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries professionally. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations, maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk, and assisting with administrative and clerical tasks. The receptionist will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and friendly experience for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and capability to comfortably handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and resolve inquiries or concerns.
  • Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are highly valued.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management systems are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or front desk role is an advantage.
