Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, is for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle reception-related responsibilities, including greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming front-office environment. The role also includes light administrative and clerical tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records. The receptionist should provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and general Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills including organization and attention to detail
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a welcoming environment
  • Prior experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with office software and scheduling tools
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is preferred but not required
