Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and office-related requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
