Classes are offered both online and face-to-face, with remote lessons serving students across the Middle East and in-person classes available in Riyadh.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Front Desk representative will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, handling inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also involves coordinating scheduling, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth communication between the organization and its clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and organizing documentation.
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency, especially Arabic, is a plus.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred.
