Role Description

The Front Office Ambassador - Residences will provide outstanding guest service by facilitating seamless check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries efficiently. The role involves maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest preferences, and ensuring a memorable experience for residents. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments for service excellence, resolving guest concerns promptly, and ensuring all front office procedures align with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to serve guests with professionalism and attentiveness
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer systems and relevant hotel reservation management software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns with discretion
  • Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus
