Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front office area.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Assistant or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle various administrative tasks.
