Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time opportunity based in Sharm El-Sheikh for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations at the front desk, including managing a team of staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and addressing guest inquiries and feedback. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining high levels of customer service, ensuring effective communication between departments, and implementing policies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Front Office operations, Office Administration, and hotel management systems
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills, including excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Capacity to handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry
