FUNCTION DEFINITION AND MISSION
The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, seamless arrivals and departures, personalized services, and operational excellence in accordance with Clinique La Prairie standards. The role oversees Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Airport Services, Guest Communications, and Butler coordination while ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team engagement, revenue optimization, and service delivery.
RESPONSABILITES
• Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Manage Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Communications, Airport Services, and Butler operations.
• Ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, room allocations, and overall guest journey management.
• Handle VIP guests, guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively. Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Wellness, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front Office colleagues while maintaining high-performance standards. Manage departmental scheduling, staffing levels, and operational productivity.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and upselling opportunities to support revenue goals.
• Ensure guest profiles, preferences, and operational records are accurately maintained in Opera PMS and related systems.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and achievement of departmental objectives. Monitor guest satisfaction scores, operational KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support pre-opening activities and perform any additional duties assigned by Management.
EDUCATION
Bachelor in Business administration or equivalent required. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience within luxury hospitality environments, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Pre-opening experience in luxury hotels, integrated resorts, wellness resorts, or ultra-luxury hospitality environments is preferred. Excellent English communication skills are required; additional languages are advantageous.
