Job Description

Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for guest experience and operational excellence We are looking for a Front Office Manager who will lead front office operations, inspire teams, and ensure seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Managing daily Front Office operations including Reception, Bell Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining brand and service standards.
  • Handling VIP arrivals, special guests, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Monitoring guest feedback, satisfaction scores, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Preparing duty rosters, managing attendance, and supporting manpower planning.
  • Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Security, and Revenue teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel SOPs, brand standards, and safety regulations.
  • Preparing operational reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
  • Acting as a senior leader on shift when required, supporting overall hotel operations.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.
  • Excellent guest engagement and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office systems (Opera PMS or similar).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • High standards of grooming, professionalism, and communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Hospitality or hotel management qualifications will be an advantage.
