Role Description The Front Office Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and directing guests, answering and routing phone calls, responding to general inquiries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. The role also involves handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinating appointments and meeting room bookings, and updating basic records or logs as needed. The Front Office Receptionist collaborates with other teams to support administrative activities and ensures that all interactions reflect the company's standards of service and professionalism.
