Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Office Specialist located in Smouha, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Front Office Specialist will manage receptionist duties, schedule appointments, handle phone interactions, and deliver excellent customer service. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and office management software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are advantageous
