As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee front office operations and ensure seamless communication between guests, the hotel, and various departments. You will lead the team in creating exceptional first impressions and delivering the highest standards of guest service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead Front Desk operations: Supervise Front Desk activities during your shift, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
- Keep the team informed: Ensure Team Members are up to date on hotel products, services, pricing, promotions, VIP guests, and special events.
- Develop and support the team: Monitor appearance, performance, and service standards while promoting training, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Delight our guests: Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally to create memorable experiences.
- Maximize revenue opportunities: Support hotel revenue through effective up-selling and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain professional standards: Ensure the Front Desk is always welcoming, professional, and focused on delivering the light and warmth of hospitality.

The Following Capabilities And Qualifications Would Be Advantageous
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a hotel environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Good knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel procedures
- Relevant hospitality or management qualification is an advantage
