Salayel Hospitality is seeking an experienced and guest-focused
Front Office Supervisor to support daily front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the front office team, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handle guest concerns efficiently, and uphold brand service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations including reception, guest services, and concierge activities
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Support the Front Office Manager in scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of team members
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, brand standards, and UAE regulations
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor room status, VIP arrivals, and special guest requirements
- Prepare shift reports, handover notes, and operational updates
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit support when required
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, professionalism, and service etiquette within the team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Prior experience in a supervisor or Team Leader role preferred
- Strong knowledge of front office operations and PMS systems (Opera or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and guest-handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and customer service practices
