- Role: Frontend Engineer

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $95,000 – $160,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Frontend Engineer to build accessible, performant, and beautiful interfaces. The role partners with design and product to translate ideas into shipped UI — the surface customers actually touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Build user interfaces in React, Vue, or similar modern framework
- Translate design specs into pixel-accurate, accessible, performant code
- Maintain and evolve the design system and shared component library
- Optimise frontend performance, including bundle size and Core Web Vitals
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering practices
- Partner closely with designers and product managers throughout the build cycle
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years building production frontend applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, and modern CSS
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Pinia, or similar)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing tools
- Understanding of web performance optimisation
- Strong design sensibility and care for craft
